Appointment Fee Policy
Fees for treatment sessions are individually tailored based on the specific client services provided, with the determined fee established prior to the intake session. Payment is expected at the initial intake appointment and at the commencement of each subsequent session. Accepted methods of payment include cash, credit cards, flexible spending account cards, or the utilization of insurance benefits through HCC.
While walk-in sessions are accommodated on a case-by-case basis, it is highly recommended to schedule appointments in advance to ensure counselor availability. Counselors are kindly requested to provide a 24-hour notice to both HCC and the client if they must cancel a counseling session.
In the event of a client “no show” (failure to contact the office to reschedule and subsequently not attending), charges for the missed appointment may be applied at the next session. This policy encourages mutual respect for time and resources, ensuring a seamless and efficient counseling experience for both clients and counselors.

This is why we have created a hassle-free scheduling portal that our existing clients can use to book appointments.
